  It's hard for me to wrap my head around the extremely negative review this restaurant received. I personally order lunch from Acadiana 2-3 days a week, as do many others in my office. I always boast about their fried shrimp. I consider it the best I've had locally. I'm not a meat eater, but friends of mine who have had their burgers seem to thoroughly enjoy them as well. And not only have I always been impressed with their food, they have great, friendly service. Not to mention, my to-go orders are always quick and correct. And just to clarify, as a prior reviewer felt the need to mention, NO I am not a family member or some idiot who leaves reviews based on app incentives.. Just a happy, appreciative customer supporting a local, hardworking business.

  Went last night. Although seasoned well, all the fried stuff (crawfish, shrmp, and catfish) tasted like they used the same oil and that the oil was old. It made the food just sit heavy in your stomach. The etouffe was average, but it could use more seasoning.
