  After hearing how good the BBQ at Dickey's was, my sister and I tried to eat lunch there yesterday. The servers (?) behind the country were totally indifferent. I said that the way the menu was presented was confusing and received absolutely no help in ordering. Once my sister's order was taken the meat was put on the plate and placed by the sides but no one came to ask her what sides she wanted. I ordered a sandwich and was going to add a side but couldn't get anyone to take my order. We ended up telling them to cancel our orders and walking out and going elsewhere--and we were both hungry and anticipating barbecue. If you expect service don't go here. We never even got our orders completed so I don't know how good the food is. Their description of Italian marinated chicken breast didn't sound much like BBQ to me. I'll not go here again--there are other BBQ places where they treat you like a customer not an inconvenience.

  The brisket was tender and delicious. Mac n cheese was good as well. Wife had pulled pork and green beans that she enjoyed. Service was lacking. We arrived at 11:40am, and watched as the staff worked on a call in order. They should have prioritized the customers in front of them not the ones coming in later to pick up.
