  All the Popeyes locations have gone down hill. Had to wait in the parking lot after ordering in the drive thru for chicken strips. Even after waiting, the food was cold after a 5 minute drive home and the meat was dry and the fries were soggy.

  Our group ordered three sides, only one of which was filled even as far as the line halfway up the inside of the cup. The other two literally had three and four level spoonfuls in each. The chicken orders were otherwise correct, but the shrimp order had 5 shrimp. Less than what was expected for $7 and change. On top of all that, shame on me for not noticing, but they kept my coupon card which was clearly reusable and meant for multiple stores and restaurants. Then when I called the phone number listed to get it back, it says it's been disconnected.
